Carol Crew. recently moved to this place. Caring for 4 grandchildren.
BJ the eldest has been with her all his life. Could use him as project manager (would encourage him)
Need to construct 2x2 door Argos wardrobes and a desk in the attic.
1x 3 door attic in Carols bedroom.
Next the garden. need to remove 4 trees and a shrub. fix the trellis and remove compost bin/ water butt and rubbish.
